5. Do we repair, service digital cameras ?
Yes,

6. Do we repair, service VCR's?
No.
But, We do service commercial decks.

7. Do we sell parts?
No.

8. Do we sell AC Chargers or Batteries?
No. We do NOT sell any accessories.

9. Do we have a price list for each model ?
No,
We determine minimum labor by type of the camcorders,
Such as
Mini-DV (Consumer), 8mm, Hi8, D8(Digital8) VHS-C, Digital cameras & Decks are $99.00
Mini-DV (HDV), DVD, HDD, Micro-MV & Decks are &149.00
HDV, DVCAM, DVCPRO, BETACAM, DECKS & all the professional 3CCD cameras are $199.00
These labors included cleaning, lubricate, adjustments ( Overhaul ) & minor parts are included, such as rollers & gears, s/h included as well.

However, these labors are not included major parts, such as Drum, Capstan motor, Lens & Circuit boards,

10. What’s the warranty?
4 months(120 days) Parts & Labor for same defect.
After this warranty period, we’ll give you 50% off on labor plus parts.

11. Do we rent equipments?
No.
